Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Any engagement for services is governed separately by a signed agreement between Skillion Inc. and the client.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKILLION'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skillion Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
