Unlock Your Superpower: Build Apps Fast! #shorts

A guest with no coding background describes how Claude Code and some basic Python let her build things she can sell. Pete Cooper adds his own story of building and deploying a Wheel of Fortune game in about five minutes.

Video summary

The guest says she has no coding background and used to be scared of coding. That changed when she learned to use Claude Code along with some basic Python syntax, which she says gave her enough room to build things that can actually sell.

Pete Cooper calls it a superpower and shares a story he often tells. Someone in a networking group was playing Wheel of Fortune, and Pete says he built the game, deployed it and had it running before the other person finished playing, about five minutes of work with these tools.

Having started coding in the days of assembler, he finds the change amazing and fun, because you can see what you are building and find your way to a solution when you get stuck.

I, like, I have no coding background, and I used to be so scared of coding until I learned how to use like Cloud Code and then some basic like Python syntax. And then that like gave me enough like leeway to just build things that can actually sell. >> Like a superpower, right? >> >> I always tell people the story of There's a game called The Wheel of Fortune, and I was in a networking group, and he was playing this game, and I built it, deployed it, and had it running before he finished the game. So, that was like 5 minutes to build the game using these tools. It's enormously powerful.

And it makes you feel like you've got a superpower, especially if you're like me that started coding in the days with assembler. Now, it's just amazing, and it's fun, right? It's fun doing it because you can see it, and you can find your way to a solution, and I get stuck.
