The Undeniable Power of Human Interaction in Business #shorts

A speaker on the show argues that robots will not replace people's need for human interaction for a long time. The clip also looks at where solopreneurs without a team find that interaction.

Video summary

The speaker does not expect robots to replace human interaction for a long, long time, because humans are humans. Even this podcast, the speaker notes, is a human interaction that other people find interesting to watch, and the same goes for movies. We are fundamentally social creatures, the speaker says, and that need is not going away. Interacting with a robot cannot give us the same kind of life as interacting with a real person.

Turning to the guest's solopreneur work, the speaker points out that even without a team or a company to work in, you still have clients and customers. With a reasonable volume of them, that is a good source of human relationships, which the speaker thinks go beyond the technology.
