I think one way that AI can be used really effectively at the moment is looking for leads, especially if you're in a business that is not particularly technologically forward-thinking. I think this is where it can work really well for you. And I'll give you the example of working for the construction company recently. And it was a lead generation dashboard that had six different data points coming in. So, we're in the UK where we have access to Edgar data. >> Mhm. >> That's a free API. We have Companies House, which is similar.
So, it was pulling in data from companies that were going bust, where they were registered, the kinds of properties that their offices might be in, and it was looking at the bringing in news APIs to see if there's anything in the news about the companies and what they were doing with their buildings, and then even looking at energy data so you could try to figure out the square footage of the office. And it was just so much fun to kind of look at all these different data points.
